For an optional silkscreen imprint on case, add a running charge of $0.50 (v) per color and a screen charge of $45 (v) per color.

For an optional RotoLogoSM rotating second disc with a one-color silkscreen imprint, add a running charge of $1.25 (v) and a screen charge of $45 (v).
